Driver install guide
How to get the Luxury Rideshare Driver app
Your driver account must be approved before the download unlocks.
Android
- 1Open luxury-rideshare.com/get-the-app?app=driver on your phone (or scan the QR code) and sign in.
- 2Tap Download APK, or Google Play once it's listed.
- 3If your phone asks, allow "Install unknown apps" for your browser.
- 4Tap Install, then Open.
- 5Sign in with your driver email and password.
iPhone
- 1Open the App Store link on Get the App (or scan the QR code).
- 2Tap Get and confirm with Face ID / your password.
- 3Open the app and sign in with your driver email and password.

Permission settings
- Location
- Android: "Allow all the time" · iPhone: "Always" — so trip offers reach you and riders can see you arrive.
- Notifications
- Allow — offers, messages and company news arrive as alerts.
First steps after install
- 1Finish training: watch the videos and pass the quiz with 80% or more.
- 2Use Go Online to receive offers, Pause for a break, Offline when you're done.
- 3When an offer arrives, slide to accept within 60 seconds — otherwise it goes to the next driver.
- 4Drive up to 12 hours, then rest 6 hours before going online again.
