Delete your account

You can delete your Luxury Rideshare account (rider, driver or business) at any time from the website or the app:

1. Sign in.
2. Open Account.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm with your password.

We anonymize your name, email and phone, delete your location history and ID images, and remove your saved card. Trip, payment and earnings records are kept for accounting without your personal details. Deletion isn't possible while a trip or delivery is in progress, or while a driver still has an Available balance to withdraw.
