Terms of Service

By using Luxury Rideshare you agree to these terms.

The service

We arrange luxury rides, hourly rentals and store deliveries in the Dallas, Texas area with independent drivers. All vehicles are luxury vehicles with at least 6 seats.

Riders

• You must keep a valid credit or debit card on file (prepaid cards aren't accepted) and share your GPS location while using the app.
• Fares are shown before you book and prepaid. You can pay each ride or rental with your card on file (default), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Link, PayPal (when available) or Zelle (sent after our staff confirm the payment). No driver is sent until the payment is confirmed.
• Wait time, tolls, tips, overtime and items you ask us to buy are always charged to your card on file under your card authorization, whatever method paid the fare.
• Ads marked "Sponsored" and Local Guide listings are for information; we don't guarantee third-party businesses.
• Alcohol is only for customers 21+ with a valid ID, checked by the company and again by the driver at pickup.

Drivers

Drivers must be approved, complete training, keep GPS on while signed in, follow speed limits and traffic laws. Earnings follow the published driver share.

Businesses

Approved stores can request deliveries. The delivery customer pays the delivery fee. Alcohol can't be sent as a store delivery.

Conduct, holds and cancellations

Repeated complaints can place an account on hold. Cancellation fees may apply after a driver is assigned. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability
